Can BBT interact/integrate with my existing timing hardware?
Most likely - yes. Press this link to find the list of supported timing units: Supported timing devices. If your timing unit is not on the list please ask us to investigate if it can be added to the list.

In addition to timing units, BBT can connect to a range of other hardware, such as digital clocks and video cameras. Please contact us if in doubt.

Can you add a specific feature I need?
BBT is always evolving and you are more than welcome to suggest new features. All received suggestions are considered when we are improving our products. Of cause our priority is to implement the features and changes that will of the greatest benefit the most users.

Do I need to install all the updates?
The launcher program will tell you when a new update is ready. You can see what is new in this version by going into the 'Version info' menu of the launcher, and then decide if you want to upgrade now or wait. The updates are made for a reason, so you should generally keep updated, to have all the latest features and fixes. However, if you are just about to start timing an event, we recommend that you stay with what you tested at home, unless the update contains critical error fixes that could affect you. If you skip or postpone an update, you can always update at any time to the latest version.
