If you need help or support for a very specific issue that we cannot easily identify, we might ask you to export the event from BBT, and send it to us. This allows us to investigate more detailed on your exact event and data.

Unless otherwise agreed, we will never modify your online event data (by sync-uploading data or results), but only use the event file for debugging the specific event in question.

To export the event as a file you can send to us, do the following:

1. Open BBT software and go to 'Start'
2. Find your event in the 'All events' list to the right
3. Click the burger-menu with the three lines, and select 'Export to cloud or file'
4. Select 'File' and do not select 'Lock event'
5. Click export
